Chef Matt put together a special tasting for the owners tonight, showcasing a selection of potential additions to the upcoming menu at Callahan’s Mountain Lodge.
The evening featured:

• Microgreen Salad with Grapefruit, Avocado, Local Goat Cheese & Blood Orange Vinaigrette
• Blackened Alaskan King Salmon with Black Bean & Corn Hash
• Bison Burger with Black Garlic Aioli
• Oregon Blackberry Pie for dessert
