Neuman Hotel Group, which includes:
* Ashland Hills Hotel and Suites

is seeking fun, outgoing, and those with experience to come join the fun!!

The minimum qualification to apply are:

* A degree in hospitality or business management is an asset but not required

* Minimum 2 years related sales experience specific to catering and hospitality industry

* Must have comprehensive knowledge of food and beverage operations, service standards, corporate/wedding events, guest relations and etiquette.

* Familiarity of the hospitality, food/beverage and catering market in Southern Oregon is highly preferred.

* Must be extremely detail oriented, organized and have excellent time management skills.

* Ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills

* Comfortable working across departments and thrives in a fast-past, and at times demanding, environment.

* Proactive sales approach; assertive and driven to succeed

* Candidate must expect to work extended hours, often including weekends and holidays.

* Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and be willing to perform other job-related tasks that may not be included in this job description.

The Director of Food and Beverage develops, supports, and directs the F&B strategy for each property to align with our Company mission, core values and strategic objectives.

This person provides leadership, training and ongoing coaching to the property management team in support of organizational service standards, financial goals, and operational efficiencies.

The minimum qualification to apply are:

* Min 5-7 years experience in Food and Beverage management in the hospitality industry (preferably in a hotel environment with multiple locations.)

* Four-year degree preferred with focus in hospitality and/or business.

The ideal candidate for the Event Manager for Neuman Hotel Group, including Ashland Springs Hotel, Ashland Hills Hotel and Lithia Springs Resort has a minimum of two years food and beverage management experience and one year specifically working with catering and events such as weddings and conferences.

We are looking for someone who has a passion for service, is a strong team leader and is detail oriented. Compensation $21-$25 per hour DOE plus a percentage of the service charge
