What a great weekend! Lots of entries in Friday nights golf cart parade! Hopefully we hooked some new fishermen at the fishing derby Sat morning !Great turnout for party at the pool Saturday! The co****le tournament continues to grow,26 teams entered vying for the top 2 places! The festivities on Saturday evening never disappoint! Thank you all of our volunteer’s who work hard to make it a great weekend!! We hope everyone had a blast!!

For those coming to see us from the west on Rt84 the road closed signs are for main ave. The road is open from Rt45 to our driveway. No detours.

We just had a great afternoon with Chris Davis doing a fun paint and sip! Everyone did a great job! Thanks to Chris for being amazing as always and everyone that participated! 🎨🖌️🐦‍⬛

Time for our yearly reminder.
The speed limit on the entrance road is 5mph! That starts as soon as you pull off Rt. 84 and continues all throughout the park. If you cannot maintain the speed limit you will lose your camping privileges. Visitors are the responsibility of the person they are coming to visit.Forewarn them before coming to visit you. There is no excuse for it. Have a little respect for our houses and properties. This also applies to golf carts.

We are rapidly approaching fishing season here on the North Coast. The Walleye Capital of the world. Hideaway is very lucky to some of the best charter captains on the Great Lakes make us their summer home.
If you are looking to fill your freezer and have a blast doing it make sure to book with one of these great guys. You won’t be disappointed! For the months of June and July if you have a charter with any one of these Captains you will receive 10% off your nightly stay here at Hideaway!
Captain Art Miller pilots the Lucky Strike/ Bring it on boats. Art was a long
time resident at Hideaway and is a great friend. You will not find a nicer guy.
Captain Dale Grimm with Special Eyes charter has been with us a few years and has several boat options. You will not be disappointed choosing Dale!
Captain Frank McConahy has camped with us for several years also. Although new to the charter business he’s not new to fishing. Cranky Frankie always has a full cooler when heading into the fish house!
Give anyone of these great Captains a call but don’t hesitate as I’m sure their schedules will be filling up quick.
