Yay, jeep is packed up and I'm headed to Crested Butte Rentals for a solid week of fun, sun and skiing. Hope to bump into Heidi Montag again. That is one fun girl to party with when she is in town. We really love coming here every year. The annual mountain bike festival is so much fun. The food is good, the weather is superb.

The Crested Butte log cabin rental just outside of town is our favorite. This year, we plan on spending time at the Downtown Crested Butte condo, as it's right in town and is easy to walk to the stores, and the farmers market, too. Highly recommended.

Crested Butte is home to Heidi Montag, and here she is on a hiking trail. Hello Heidi!

Our stay at the beautiful Shangri La was absolutely the best. This house is amazing...it is the perfect mountain getaway. Every room has breathtaking views of the mountain. The architecture of the home is amazing. Slate River fishing (just steps from the back door) and golf was enjoyed by all. The architecture of the home is amazing. We have been coming to Crested Butte for our family vacations for over 20 years
