Camp Jack is a six-week day camp for kids with Type 1 Diabetes, along with their family and friends.

The Jack Rua Camp for Children with Diabetes serves the communities of Greater Fall River and New Bedford, which includes Fall River, New Bedford, Acushnet, Assonet, Dartmouth, Fairhaven, Freetown, Marion, Mattapoisett, Rochester, Somerset, Swansea, Wareham and Westport in Massachusetts and Little Compton and Tiverton in Rhode Island.

The 2026 Jack Rua Invitational brought 120 golfers to Crestwood Country Club for a day of friendly competition, community spirit, and a shared commitment to making summer special for children with Type 1 diabetes.

We’re thrilled to celebrate our biggest fundraising total yet! These funds help Camp Jack provide a summer filled with learning, friendship, and fun for campers, their siblings, and friends.

🍕 A Slice of Summer at Camp Jack! 🍕

There were plenty of special moments at Camp Jack this summer, and Pizza Fridays were definitely one of them! ❤️🍕

We’re so grateful to the Red Sox Foundation for sponsoring Pizza Fridays this summer and helping make sure our campers had a delicious treat to look forward to each week. Your support helped make the Camp Jack experience even more special!
