Astoria Garden Apartment Perfect for a family's extended stay in NYC, with private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette - and we're pet friendly! Hi! We're Kurt and Abby Swenstein.

We own this beautiful red brick townhouse, which was built way back in 1901. We renovated the basement suite several years ago, to accommodate visits from Kurt's parents from Canada. Ever since, it's served as the guest suite for many people visiting our neighbors here in Astoria. You're very welcome to stay with us too.

Fully en suite garden apartment with private entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette.

Convenient to Astoria Park, local restaurants, and public transportation. It's an 8 minute walk to the subway; 20-30 minutes to Manhattan.

Astoria is a lovely neighborhood, famous for its wonderful, genuine ethnic food, particularly its Greek food.
