We now have the keys to our new property. What started in a cargo trailer has grown into something bigger than we imagined, and we’re incredibly grateful for everyone who helped make it possible.

The new Road Life Complex means more room to build batteries, more installs, more opportunities for our Solar Clinic, and a whole lot of future ahead!

The property formerly known as Welcome Back RV Outlet has recently been sold and is being rebranded as Road Life Complex.

We are now welcoming monthly RV guests to a limited number of sites located at:

📍 4453 State Highway 31 E
Athens, TX 75752

This is a quiet, no-frills RV park setting located behind our businesses, making it ideal for those simply looking for a clean, convenient place to park and stay. Monthly rate is $450 month plus electric. Weekly rate is $180 and includes electric.

Amenities include:
• Full hook-ups
• Water, sewer, and trash included
• Electric metered monthly
• 24/7 bathroom & laundry facility
• Gated entrance overnight
• Pet friendly (leashed, non-aggressive pets)

As the new owners, we have worked in the RV industry for over 12 years, and we will soon be relocating our businesses to the property as well. We specialize in RV power system upgrades including lithium batteries, solar, and off-grid power systems.

We will also be reopening the RV parts store in May with camping essentials and a full catalog of power system components including Victron Energy products.

Monthly guests must apply online and agree to a background check prior to approval.
