The harder you try to manage life,
the tighter your body becomes.

Control doesn’t live in the mind alone.
It settles in your shoulders, your jaw, your breath.

The sound of the bowl doesn’t fix anything.
It simply reminds your nervous system
that it no longer has to hold everything together.

And when your body softens,
you don’t lose control.
You finally come back to yourself.
This is the true beginning

We need about 30 pallets for a project in the ranch. Does anyone in the lake county has 30 pallets that wants to be removed? Thank you!
