🌍 Wonder of the Week #8: Angkor Wat, Cambodia 🌅

Last week we asked whether you’d rather experience our next Wonder as the world wakes up…or when the sky puts on its final show.

Now you can see why. 😍

Rising above the Cambodian jungle, Angkor Wat has stood for more than 800 years. Built in the 12th century, this extraordinary temple complex is so important to Cambodia that its iconic towers appear right on the country’s national flag. 🇰🇭

But there’s one particular moment that has become legendary among travelers…

Sunrise. 🌅

As the first light appears behind the temple’s towers, their silhouette reflects across the water below. It’s one of those travel moments where getting up ridiculously early suddenly seems completely reasonable. 😂

Of course, sunset has a little magic of its own…

🌍 Wonder of the Week #7: Grand Prismatic Spring 🌈♨️

Last week we hinted that Mother Nature decided one color wasn’t enough for our next Wonder…

She apparently wanted the whole box of crayons. 🎨😂

Welcome to Grand Prismatic Spring in Yellowstone National Park, the largest hot spring in the United States and one of the most spectacular geothermal sights on Earth.

Its brilliant blue center is surrounded by rings of green, yellow, orange and rust, with much of that incredible color created by heat-loving microorganisms that thrive at different temperatures around the spring.

And this thing is BIG. At roughly 370 feet across, Grand Prismatic is wider than a football field is long! 😲

It’s one of those places where photos look almost unreal…until you’re standing there staring at it yourself.
