The cathedral of Coutances. A jewel of gothic art in Normandy, with remarkable architecture and vertiginous steeples, the construction of this monument began in the first decades of the 13th century. This Gothic style allowed to flood the buildings with natural light, to go always higher. Coutances remains a model in Norman characteristics, for example the "Norman gallery" of circulation located at the foot of the high windows, but also the plan and the elevation in three levels.

On June 9th, as part of the 75th anniversary of D-Day commemorations, the renowned ✈️ “Patrouille de France” 🇫🇷 will fly over Sainte-Mère-Église (Manche), just before the airdrops scheduled at La Fière.

The Patrouille de France will open the sky-road for the association Brietling Jet Team who will perform an aerobatic demonstration.

The main event will then be the parachuting of men dressed up in vintage clothing and military parachute. More than 1,000 paratroopers and 30 aircraft are expected!
