Ask Chef Christian Quiñones (Executive Chef) what he's selling, and the answer is an experience.

Technique from Spain. Alpine cuisine in Aspen. Purveyors, farmers, local products. Then Atlanta, where he watched what people here were doing with Southern ingredients.

Zephyr is our Southern brasserie, so the plate holds both. Salmon with Cajun spice, dirty rice, a refined beurre blanc, oyster mushrooms, creamed spinach. Balanced, with every element earning its place.
