An important update for our cash customers about pennies. 🪙

A couple of months ago, we made a promise to you: we wouldn’t give in to the penny shortage. We wanted to keep things exactly as they’ve always been for our community.

Unfortunately, our bank made a tough decision for us: As of the 1st, they will no longer provide us with pennies. While we can’t control the bank, we can control how we treat our neighbors.
We aren’t going to let a bank’s decision cost you money.
Starting May 1st, when you pay with cash and your total doesn’t end in a 0 or 5, we are taking care of it:
✅ We are moving to a "Round Down" policy for all cash transactions.
(For example, if your total is $10.04, you only pay $10.00. We will cover the difference.)

This is our way of keeping our commitment to you and keeping your shopping experience simple and fair. Credit/debit card, check and account transactions are unaffected.
