The heat don’t stop the crappie from biting! We have plenty of cabin availability through the weekdays and weekends in August. Bring the family or fishing partner, catch some fish, and take a break from cooking while you eat your meals at The Dam Store at McGee Creek across the road.

Hey guys! Did you know we have photos of our cabins in our photos on this page? Every cabin has its own album. Some decor may have changed, but layouts are the same. So many people love our cabins, they come back year after year, sometimes many times a year. That being said, we aren’t for everyone, and we aren’t the Holiday Inn. (Some people love us because we aren’t that.)
Now I’m going to be honest/real here. When someone cancels at arrival because “we aren’t for them.”, it doesn’t really hurt our feelings, but it does hurt. Most weekends we book full, so I’ve turned people away that would have paid and stayed. Also, not only are you taking that income away, I’ve also spent the time to get the cabin ready and had the air conditioner running most of the time. This business is part of how we pay our bills, and those aren’t cheap when you are raising a family and running a business. Please respect our time and business. Thank you to all of our customers that keep coming back over and over and send us all of your friends and family, we wouldn’t make it without you! I’d definitely make it without last minute cancellations though… This goes for all small businesses, they really do work hard to serve you.
