✨ Something New Is Coming to Auburn… ✨
After many years of meals shared, celebrations toasted, friendships made, and memories created, Max’s Restaurant will close beginning September 15, 2026 as we begin an extensive renovation and complete reimagining of our restaurant.
It’s bittersweet to say goodbye to Max’s, but we are incredibly excited about what comes next.
Over the coming months, our space will undergo a complete transformation, bringing a fresh new look, a new menu, and an entirely new dining experience to Auburn.
And while we’re not quite ready to share all the details yet, we can give you one little hint…
Our next chapter will be inspired by the place we call home. ❤️
Auburn has a story all its own rooted in history, character, adventure, hospitality, and a community that has always known how to gather around a good table.
We think that story deserves to be celebrated.
To everyone who has joined us over the years for breakfast, lunch, dinner, happy hour, celebrations, meetings, first dates, anniversaries, or simply a drink at the bar: thank you. You have been part of the Max’s story, and we hope you’ll join us for what comes next.
But we’re not gone quite yet!
Join us through September 14 for one more meal, one more cocktail, and maybe one more story about the good old days at Max’s. 🥂
Then we’ll turn off the lights, roll up our sleeves, and get to work.
