Thank you to everyone who joined us for Dinner and a Show at Shoofly Farm this past weekend.

We are so grateful to our guests who came out and shared such a lovely evening with us. The atmosphere was relaxed, warm, and full of good conversation, great music, and wonderful food. It was truly a pleasure to host and spend time together in that way.

A heartfelt thank you to Chef Christian Watson. The dinner was exceptional and so thoughtfully prepared. Healthy, beautiful, and full of flavor. The entire menu was gluten free, dairy free, and soy free, and it was very well received. Every course (5 courses) was enjoyed and appreciated, and it made the experience feel extra special.

And String Fever was fantastic. Thank you, Lynne Hammond, George Konstant, Scott Hanson, and Jeff Smally! Your beautiful harmonies and music brought the room to life and created exactly the kind of intimate, feeling we love here at the farm. We always welcome you here!

We loved doing this kind of thing and look forward to offering more Dinner and a Show evenings ahead. Thank you for being part of such a special weekend with us.

We’ve added Saturday night.

We are so grateful for the response to Friday evening’s Dinner & a Show at Shoofly Farm. Friday night is now full, and because of that, we’ve opened Saturday, January 31 for another evening of great music and fabulous food.

This is not a restaurant experience.
It’s an opportunity to dine and enjoy an intimate, fire-lit farm setting.

Expect a thoughtfully prepared gluten, dairy, and soy-free dinner by Chef Christian Watson, live music throughout the evening with the ever-talented String Fever, a fire going, and the kind of relaxed, unhurried atmosphere that’s hard to find.

Saturday, January 31 | 5:00–9:00 PM
(arrive between 5:00–6:00 PM)
• Chef-prepared, allergy-friendly dinner
• Live music woven through the evening
• Warm, intimate farm setting just outside Auburn
• $95 per guest

Seating is intentionally limited to 20 guests
(15-guest minimum required)

For those who’d like to make an evening of it, our farmhouse suites and cottages are available at special rates, with breakfast included Sunday morning.

Chef Christian Watson, known for his thoughtful, health driven cooking featuring his talent in gluten free, soy free and dairy free!

Music: String Fever
String Fever is a beloved local four-piece band known throughout the area for their polished sound and easy, engaging style. Their music draws from Fleetwood Mac, Dan Fogelberg, 70s folk, light rock, and touches of bluegrass, familiar, relaxed, and perfect for an evening of dining and conversation.
Singer/ guitar players, Lynne Hammond, George Konstant, Scott Handson and Jeff Smally will entertain us all night with a featured after dinner show!

Friday, January 30 | Dinner & Music by the Fire

What are you doing Friday night?
Join us at Shoofly Farm for a cozy, creative evening of great food, live music, and conversation.

Chef Christian Watson and the wonderful four-piece band String Fever are teaming up with me for a thoughtfully hosted winter night in our farmhouse by the fire.

Guests arrive between 5–6 for chef’s hors d’oeuvres, conversation, and live music.
Dinner is served at 6, followed by music and lingering into the evening.
