Hello everyone! Well, the decision has been made and as promised I said I’d let you know what I’d be doing with Dragonfly House in the future.

The good news is, this adorable home will still be a fully furnished rental! We will be renting it for 30 day minimums (preferably longer, such as 6 mos) as opposed to the BnB very short term tenants.

There is a niche and a need for housing with traveling nurses, retirees, remote workers, etc. and Dragonfly House intends on helping to fill that need!

$2800 for a 30 day rental, all utilities paid.

$2650 for two or more months rental, all utilities paid w/the exception of PG&E which tenant will be responsible for.

Dragonfly House is an adorable, welcoming two bedroom (one queen, one full size bed) home in the heart of Old Town Auburn. With 1 1/2 baths, two driveways and a private backyard.
Quiet w/a remote feel but steps from the Alehouse and Pour Choice.
