Large Private Lake House with Pool!

We are a vacation rental property located in Auburndale Florida. We remodeled in 2017 and upgraded kitchen and floors. We are a smoke free, pet free, property for those who suffer with allergy considerations. There is tile throughout with a few non-slip bedside rugs.

This property is a 4 bedroom with 2 full baths and a half bath. Southern Exposure sleeps 8, with 2 king beds. 1 king bed in the master bedroom and 1 king bed in the guest bedroom off the hall. There are 2 bedrooms with twin beds, one off the sitting room and one at the end of the hall and each having 2 twin beds. There are 2 full baths, 1 in the master and one at the end of the hall. The hall bath opens directly onto the pool deck. The 1 half bath (powder room) is just outside of the laundry room and just inside from the garage. The spacious laundry room is equipped with washer, dryer, wet sink and folding table in the laundry room. There is a sitting room that over looks the pool and lake through French doors that is separate from the living room.

There are 4 entrances ( master bedroom, sitting room, living room & hall bath ) to the pool deck from inside the house. These all have safety alarms so that families with little ones on vacation do not become another statistic.

Our kitchen is more than adequately supplied for your cooking and grilling needs. The grill is a charcoal park style grill located outside the pool door. We do not supply charcoal, lighter fluid or pans to cook in. There is a Dollar General just down at the corner light. You are required to clean up after grilling or before your departure.

We have high-speed internet. There is Roku on the living room TV and antenna on the master bedroom TV.

The lakefront is in its natural state and is a habitat for birds, bunny’s and all kinds of wildlife. Yes, alligators are part of this natural environment. The red wing black bird now live here year round, but have lost habitat from neighbors clearing out the reeds and cat tail on their lake front. We do not have a dock, boats or kayaks for use at this location. Fishing from the waters edge is not advised because of the soft, mucky ground at the waters edge.
The back yard is large enough for playing in, but not advised to leave smaller children unattended.
