Wrapping Up Housekeeping Week with Big News: eTip Has Landed! 💚📱

As National Housekeeping Week comes to a close, we wanted to end on a high note — and this one's a big deal. We're thrilled to announce that eTip, our new cashless tipping platform, is officially live across all of our hotels!

Here's how it works: guests simply scan a QR code right in their room or at the front desk .... no app download, no login, no cash needed. Just a few taps and they can show real appreciation to the housekeepers, front desk agents, and team members who make their stay great. Powered by Visa Direct, tips go straight and securely to our team members' accounts.

This launch ties directly into two things we value most as a company: innovation and being thoughtful in how we take care of our people. Housekeeping Week is all about recognition, and eTip gives our guests an easy, modern way to say "thank you" any day of the year .... not just this week.

And the best part? It's already working. Our teams are already receiving tips through the new system!

A huge thank-you to our hardworking housekeeping teams .... this one's for you. 💚

Housekeeping Week Keeps Rolling! 🎉

The celebration is far from over! Today's lineup included a towel origami competition, a fun round of bingo, and plenty of great food and treats to keep the energy going.

Every smile in these photos represents a team member who works hard every day to make our guests feel at home and it turns out our housekeepers have some serious towel-folding talent too! 🦢

This week, we're making sure our teams feel just as cared for as the guests they take care of every day. Keep celebrating with us ...more to come! 💚
