Couples can stay with us individually, families and friends can reserve several rooms, or your group can rent the entire H.S. Clay House and have the inn to yourselves.

This week, I hosted Yoga Retreat guests, who are here in advance of the Yoga Bliss Festival which starts today. The Retreat included breakfast, lunch and dinner. All meals were to be vegetarian and gluten free and for a carnivore it was both challenging and fun to come up with different options.

I would like to thank my staff who helped make this possible. Josie, Cadence, Jennifer and I spent many hours slicing, dicing, prepping, preparing food and serving! Thanks for your help.

For the Wednesday night dinner, Jennifer's Asian Noodles with tofu were delish. I have to say I liked her dish better than my Kung Pao Eggplant.

Finally, I have always wanted to use my silver toast server. I actually found it and put it to use this morning for breakfast. It was just the right size for a slice of gluten free toast!
