💙 **A Personal Update from PS Mobility Rentals** 💙

We wanted to share a special update with our PS Mobility Rentals family.

On **September 4**, our CEO and Co-Owner, **Julia Barbosa-Prather**, will be undergoing total knee replacement surgery. While we are incredibly grateful that she is taking this important step, this surgery will actually be the **first of two total knee replacements** she will undergo over the coming months.

After approximately **8–10 weeks of recovery and rehabilitation**, Julia is expected to undergo her **second total knee replacement**, beginning another period of healing and rehabilitation. Altogether, we anticipate that she may be away from many of her normal day-to-day responsibilities for approximately **16 weeks**.

As a small, family-run business, having one of our own out for such an extended period will place additional demands on our already small team. PS Mobility Rentals will remain committed to serving our customers and the CSRA community throughout this time. However, we kindly ask for a little extra **patience, understanding, and grace** as our team works together to keep everything running.

Response times, deliveries, pickups, and scheduling may occasionally take a little longer than usual, particularly as we balance our customers' needs with a reduced staff.

We strongly encourage anyone who knows they will need mobility equipment during the fall and early winter months to **reserve as early as possible**. Planning ahead will allow our team to coordinate schedules, equipment, pickups, and deliveries while continuing to provide the personal service our customers have come to expect from us.

One of the reasons we created PS Mobility Rentals was because we understand firsthand how mobility can affect someone's ability to participate in everyday life and the moments that matter most. This time, one of our own will be experiencing that journey from the other side. 💙

And this won't be a quick journey.

It will be months of surgery, healing, physical therapy, a second surgery, and beginning the recovery process all over again. But it is also a journey toward greater mobility—and that makes the mission behind PS Mobility Rentals feel even more personal to us.

Through it all, **PS Mobility Rentals will continue serving our community.** Things may move a little differently for a while, and our team may be stretched a little thinner, but our commitment to helping people maintain their independence and participate in the moments that matter will remain the same.

Thank you for supporting our family-owned small business, for trusting us with your mobility needs, and especially for extending a little extra grace to our family and team during the months ahead.

We look forward to the day when Julia is back on **two new knees** and preparing alongside the rest of our team for another busy season ahead!

It's always encouraging to see this side of the game recognized. Kudos to Jason Logan and ScoreGolf.com for highlighting something that often goes unseen at an event as iconic as The Masters.

For many patrons, attending "The Masters" isn't just about golf. It's about tradition, family, memories, and the love of the game, but without the right support, that experience wouldn't be possible.
