Hope Haven Family Farm was the vision of Ron and Shelia Borden. After retiring from the Navy we were given the opportunity to purchase the almost 6 acres near Aumsville. The choice of Alpacas and Lavender was a combination that seemed just right. Family members enjoy visiting us and often help out on the farm. We have been blessed and as we work our farm we are thankful and "glad" that we have been" guided to our desired haven". We grow and distill our own pure lavender essential oil and our handcrafted lavender products focus on the Healthy Life and Healthy Home. We also have a Healthy Pet Care line of products, culinary and craft lavender as well as alpaca fiber and yarn. During the year Hope Haven Family Farm is open for special events including Alpaca Shearing Day, Oregon Lavender Farm Tour, Fall Harvest Day and Christmas the barn. We are also open by appointment. during the Oregon Lavender Farm Tour, come and walk through the beautiful lavender, take pictures, cut your own lavender, learn about lavender and alpacas, visit with the farm animals, make a craft, enjoy refreshments, purchase a plant or bouquet or visit the general store and the craft vendor's booths. We are family friendly and will have activities for children.
