Introducing the Dayton Dream Gem! Our newest property is finally open for business. This property is geared towards traveling professionals or anyone looking for a 30 day stay or more!

Within one week of opening our calendar, we’ve already secured our first guest for a 3 month lease. Bookings are now available starting August 1st!

Exciting news! We just closed on our next property in Dayton, Ohio. Located just 3 miles from Miami Valley Hospital and 2 miles from the University of Dayton, this rental property is perfect for traveling nurses, business professionals, and families visiting UD students.
