We want to apologize from being MIA the last couple of months. COVID has taken a toll of most small businesses and we have been no different. While we are thankful that we have been able to remain open and have continued to serve our customers, navigating this world in the last couple of months has been very difficult. We want you to know that we are OPEN and ready for you!

We are honored to be able to serve Austin and the surrounding areas. Our customers are some of the best around. We will get through this. Thank you for your continued love and support during this pandemic.

Hey y'all! Since we are an essential business and are trying to operate as normal, we are getting low on some critical supplies to keep our employees and staff safe. We would like to try and get our hands on some hand sanitizer and some Lysol or similar cleaning products. Drop offs for these supplies can be brought to our office at 1806 Hydro Drive. Once here, please call our main line 512-836-8000 so someone can later clean the products and distribute them inside. We greatly appreciate all of our customers support during this unprecedented time.

Did you know with Valentine's Day around the corner, the most important aspect of rose care and handling is good temperature management? At Thermal Trek, we know keeping flowers fresh for your Valentine's Day customers is important. Call us to rent a refrigerated container for all of your floral storage needs.

Temperature is critical to overall quality. Place roses into a 34 to 38 F cooler, with 75 to 85 percent relative humidity. Maintaining low temperature and high humidity is important to minimize water loss and maximize vase life.
