Genesys Spine is proud to announce the successful completion of the first surgical procedure utilizing the SIros-X™ System, performed by Scott L. Parker, MD yesterday in Nashville, TN.

This milestone marks the first clinical use of our next-generation fixation solution designed to support complex pelvic fixation and SI joint fusion procedures. Genesys Spine is proud to announce positive results from a prospective multicenter clinical study evaluating the SIros® Lateral SI Joint Fusion System.

At six months, patients experienced:
✔️ 38% reduction in pain scores
✔️ Significant functional improvement (ODI improved from severe to moderate disability)
✔️ 96% radiographic bone apposition to both iliac and sacral sides across at least two of the three implants
✔️ No implant failures or serious adverse events
✔️ Nearly 50% reduction in the number of patients using opioids for pain management
