Most couples assume a group room block automatically means a lower rate than what they'd find online. After managing more than 600 group contracts at all-inclusive resorts in Mexico, here is what I can tell you: that assumption is costing some couples real money.

The resort's revenue management team is calculating opportunity cost against your specific dates. If demand is high during your wedding week, a group rate might match or even exceed the individual rate listed on the website. That is not an error. That is how resort pricing works.

What most couples miss entirely: concessions. Complimentary rooms, rate lock over a 14 to 18 month planning window, waived fees, welcome reception credits. These have tangible dollar value that a rate comparison will never capture.

There is never a fee to work with us. We are paid by the resorts, and your rates are the same as booking directly.
