A mask to conceal your identity. Ladies wear a formal gown and Gentlemen wear either black suit/tie or a tuxedo. What's on the Menu?? Field greens with red onion & spicy pecans served with blue cheese crumbles and a choice of dressing. Blackened Catfish Diane, Blackened Chicken with Roasted Red Pepper Cream, Chicken and Sausage Gumbo and Shrimp Creole....MMM! Desserts will be Dulce De Leche Cheesecake & Ultimate Chocolate Cake and Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake.
