One month from now we will have new floors! Light-colored wall to wall carpeting was so difficult to keep clean. Will unveil new floor in November.

So, it’s 100 degrees. Y’all just walk down to the pool and jump in. For every minute you remain in the water, you’ll get an hour of self-air conditioning.

Most of our renters do bring or rent a car, simply because we are in a neighborhood, but you only have to drive a mile or so to get to dozens of great restaurants and fun things to do.

We continue to have the best guests in America! Sweet in-laws, grands, young couples, service members, dynamic and purposeful young ladies, high school friends meeting up after years of college and career, and music fans. How could we be so lucky?

Our first ACL went great! Once again we had super nice people stay with us, and one wrote on his review, "This is by far the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in!" We didn't even have to bribe him! Very humble and proud to host a fine array of decent, respectful guests who are enthused about visiting Austin.
