Hey Folks! It's Springtime in Austin! Book your summer stay at Sou4thATX for your long weekend...or week! We are a little more than 1 mile South of Auditorium Shores on Lady Bird (Town) Lake!

There are sooooo many food trucks and fantastic eateries with an easy walk, uber or scooter rental.

Check out *El Primo* on S 1st for the best breakfast tacos (my opinion) in town. The new trailer makes more tacos!!
