The AGC-TBB Executive Committee regretfully announces that it has decided to cancel this year’s in-person OCAs event due to complications/uncertainties from spread of the Delta variant.

Many sponsors and attendees were apprehensive about committing to the event, due to COVID. The registration and sponsor levels were way down from normal levels. With all information available to the TBB staff and the Executive Committee, all feel that we are unable to hold a successful event and ensure the health and safety of our attendees.

Pauline will begin processing refunds on your online registration fees paid today and complete those by the end of this week.

If you reserved a hotel room at the Georgetown Sheraton, you can go to your reservation confirmation email from the hotel and cancel your reservation by clicking on the link to modify your reservation—or you can call the hotel directly at 737-444-2700.

If there are any questions about refunds or room cancellations, please reach out to Pauline directly at [email protected].

Thank you for your patience during this disappointing time.—CORBIN & PAULINE

Lawmakers from across the state are back in Austin as the 85th Texas Legislature's special session is in full swing. The special session, which began last Tuesday, was called by Gov. Greg Abbott after legislators failed to reach an agreement on some key pieces of legislation during the lawmaking body's 140-day regular session that concluded at the end of May.
