On March 2nd, Colony Creek Apartments had the honor of attending the Stand Up for Schools Luncheon hosted by Austin Voices for Education and Youth.

The event brought together community partners, city leaders, volunteers, and organizations committed to supporting students and families across Austin. During the luncheon, Austin Voices shared updates about their programs and recognized the many partners who help strengthen education and community resources in our city.

We are proud to support initiatives that empower families, strengthen schools, and build stronger communities.

El pasado 2 de marzo, Colony Creek Apartments tuvo el honor de asistir al Stand Up for Schools Luncheon, organizado por Austin Voices for Education and Youth.

Este evento reunió a colaboradores comunitarios, autoridades de la ciudad, voluntarios y organizaciones comprometidas con el apoyo a los estudiantes y familias de Austin. Durante el almuerzo se compartieron los avances de los diferentes programas y recursos que Austin Voices impulsa para fortalecer las escuelas y las comunidades.

Nos sentimos orgullosos de apoyar iniciativas que promueven la educación, fortalecen a las familias y contribuyen al desarrollo de comunidades más fuertes.

Colony Creek Apartments se enorgullece en anunciar que ahora forma parte de Apartner in Safety Alliance, una iniciativa creada por la Austin Apartment Association para fortalecer la relación entre los primeros auxilios y las comunidades donde viven y trabajan.

Colony Creek Apartments is proud to announce that we are part of the Apartner in Safety Alliance, an initiative created by the Austin Apartment Association to strengthen the connection between first responders and the communities they serve.

Through this program, participating apartment communities support Austin Police, Fire, and EMS personnel by offering housing incentives and fostering stronger relationships between residents and the first responders who help keep our neighborhoods safe.

Colony Creek Apartments se enorgullece en anunciar que ahora forma parte de Apartner in Safety Alliance, una iniciativa creada por la Austin Apartment Association para fortalecer la relación entre los primeros auxilios y las comunidades donde viven y trabajan.

A través de este programa, las comunidades participantes apoyan a los miembros de la policía, bomberos y EMS de Austin ofreciendo incentivos de vivienda y promoviendo una relación más cercana entre los residentes y quienes trabajan para mantener nuestros vecindarios seguros.

On March 2nd, our team from Colony Creek Apartments had the honor of participating in the Cadet Resource Fair at the Austin Police Department Training Academy.

We were invited to speak with cadets about the importance of community engagement and the role that law enforcement can play beyond responding to emergencies. Building trust between officers and residents is essential for creating safer and stronger neighborhoods.

As the first multifamily property in North Austin to complete the APD Multifamily Housing Program, we are committed to working alongside local law enforcement to promote safety, collaboration, and positive relationships within our community.

Events like this help future officers understand the value of being present in the community—attending local events, connecting with residents, and fostering an environment of trust and security.

We appreciate the opportunity to contribute to the development of the next generation of officers and look forward to continued collaboration with our community partners.



El pasado 2 de marzo, nuestro equipo de Colony Creek Apartments tuvo el honor de participar en la Feria de Recursos para Cadetes en la Academia de Entrenamiento del Departamento de Policía de Austin.

Fuimos invitados a conversar con los cadetes sobre la importancia del compromiso comunitario y el papel que la policía puede desempeñar más allá de responder a emergencias. La construcción de confianza entre los oficiales y los residentes es fundamental para crear comunidades más seguras y fuertes.

Como la primera propiedad multifamiliar del Norte de Austin en completar el programa Multifamily Housing Program del APD, reafirmamos nuestro compromiso de trabajar junto a las autoridades para fortalecer la seguridad, la colaboración y las relaciones positivas dentro de nuestra comunidad.

Este tipo de eventos permite que los futuros oficiales comprendan el valor de participar activamente en la comunidad, asistir a eventos locales y generar lazos de confianza con los residentes.
