Starting April 1, the Catalina Island Company is transitioning to a cashless payment system in Two Harbors and will now only accept credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payment options (such as Apple Pay and Google Pay) for all transactions. For your convenience, a Cash-to-Card Kiosk will be available outside the General Store.

Rustic Charm Overlooking Two Harbors

Surrounded by palm trees on a hill above Two Harbors, Banning House Lodge was built in 1910 as a summer home for the pioneering Banning brothers. It has been artfully restored and transformed into a charming, Craftsman-style bed and breakfast offering sweeping views of the Isthmus and Catalina Harbor.

All 12 guest rooms have private baths and are individually decorated to capture the character of an early 20th century lodge. The Common Lodge and Sun Room offer cozy places to read a book by a roaring fire. The beautifully trellised courtyard is the perfect spot to relax with a cool drink and enjoy beautiful island and ocean vistas.

Guests enjoy complimentary continental breakfast, served daily in the Lodge dining room. Harbor Reef Restaurant in Two Harbors offers hearty lunch and dinner menus featuring steaks, chicken and locally caught fish and seafood.

Shuttle service to and from Two Harbors village is included. Catalina Express ferry service to Two Harbors departs from San Pedro. Learn more about Getting to Catalina Island and from Avalon to Two Harbors via the Safari Bus.
