Fall is here and the beach weather has been perfect; Less crowds and warm, sunny weather. There are many festivals going on the in the beach towns. Come stay for a few days and take in all of the majesty of the shore. The Monarchs are also starting to rest at the SH Point and in Cape May before their long trip to Mexico. They are a sight to see.

The Desert Sand Condos are now open until December 31. Come visit the Jersey Shore this fall. September is full of glorious weather and less crowded, as well as lower rental rates. October brings mild temps and warm ocean temps.

The Desert Sand Condominiums has a new website; check it out. You can now book online and select the condo of your choice. We have an indoor and an outdoor pool as well as an exercise room.

We are a short block to the beach and several restaurants. The Stone Harbor Recreation Center, tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, and a deli/ grocery store are conveniently close.
