Coming in January

We can't wait to open in early 2025 and serve the best crawfish in Fort Worth. Most of you know the quality of our perfectly seasoned, long-soaked (no sprinkled season on the shells) crawfish that we served at THE Cajun Market and The Wild Cajun. That tradition will continue and keep getting better now that we have joined forces to become Terrebonne's.

As we have over the last five years, we will be selling both boiled and live crawfish.

The outlook for Louisiana's 2025 crawfish season appears promising, especially compared to our challenges in 2024.

We suffered through last season due to the severe drought and extreme heat in 2023, which reduced the crawfish population and raised prices.

Recent reports from our friends and suppliers back home indicate that improved weather conditions have positively impacted crawfish production. Farmers have had lots of rain and started seeing early signs of the crawfish crop, which suggests we will return to the normal supply levels we have seen, except for the 2024 season.

With approximately 400,000 acres dedicated to crawfish farming in Louisiana, experts anticipate a much more abundant harvest in 2025.

We will be ready at the start of the season to offer you the best, as we have been doing for the last five years. 😊
