We don’t need to put cannabis on schedule III for scientists to test cannabis. Just talk to hospitals, devastated families, work places, landlords who have to deal with people who got addicted to cannabis. 3 out of 10 people end up being addicted and stay constantly high until they end up on the streets.
It is turning US into a brainless nation. Cannabis make people forgetful not calm, it creates cognitive decline and high anxiety in the long run. We have seen many people turn schizophrenic because of the high THC that is in the w**d. Yes it has a lot of financial benefits for the producers and seller on a temporary base, however in the long run even they will loose. Biden administration is making a mistake even considering to put cannabis on schedule III.
