We'd like to invite you to an open house this Wednesday, April 10th! Come by anytime between 1-7 and walk our available units. We have trailers arriving that will be ready to rent, or rent to own! The monthly prices will range from $875- $950 depending on the unit and the structure of the lease or lease to own agreement.

Bayside RV Park (formerly Anchor Point RV park) is now operating and we have spaces and units available. Let's address the elephant in the room- this park was not taken care of in recent years. We Get it, and we agree. Come by and see the changes taking place, and fill out a free application. We have already scrapped 5 trailers (and counting). We are also currently updating: Electrical, laundry facility, lighting and security, and other updates around the facility to make the park much nicer and more comfortable.
