Plenty of exhibitors with unique hand crafted wares, arts n' crafts, lots of fashions, jewelry, accessories, automotive products and much more abound around the perimeter of the show n' shine area. Peppermill also erects thousands of feet of tents just for showing those one of kind high dollar special show vehicles. The Atlantis Casino is known for its Legendary "Cruise of Champions", 1500 feet of its "Cruizin' Craft Fair", live entertainment and many family friendly contests for participants and spectators alike. The "Cruise of Champions" draws thousands of classic vehicles for trophies and cash awards nightly. Grandstands are set up for comfort while watching these vehicles or you can wonder the acres of show cars and exhibitors. Daily winners will return on Saturday for the finals to find out who is crowned Champion. Our "Cruizin' Craft Faire" exhibitors feature automotive, fashion, jewelry, handbags, personal items, demonstrations, trinkets, art n' crafts, specialty items and more. With 1500 feet of exhibitors, spectators and participants are sure to find that special gift or treasure within the "Cruisin' Craft Faire". Atlantis also holds many activities for the kids and adults alike. From Hula Hoops to tricycle races, Twinkie/hotdog/jelly donut eating, chicken dance and more, fun is had by all. Reno Swap Meet- Aug 5th-7th
Continuing the tradition of the Collector Vehicle Swap Meet started in Reno 40 plus years ago by William Harrah, the Hot August Nights Automotive Swap Meet & Nostalgia Fair will be held at the Reno Livestock Event Center on Wells Ave. during Reno's Hot August Nights annual Celebration of American Collector Vehicles. This event features pre-1976 automotive parts, services and nostalgic items offered for sale by well over 700 vendors in 2000 plus outdoor spaces as well as 250 covered spaces. Swap meet attendees will also see well over 600 Collector Vehicles offered "For Sale" in the outdoor car corral that is adjacent to the swap area. Inside the huge air conditioned 70,000 square foot Reno Livestock Events Center main events building in what we call the Cool Car Showroom, attendees will see over 200 beautiful Collector Vehicles on the fully carpeted arena floor. Referred to as the Best Indoor Car Show in Nevada, they are all for sale and available to be taken home by a new owner. Overlooking these beauties is the entire concourse level dedicated to crafts, nostalgia items, services, food, and beverage. RV- Aug 4th-7th
Another feature that is currently offered at the HAN Swap Meet is the availability for RV owners to park their vehicles for the entire HAN Swap Meet event. This area features restroom & shower facilities. Full hook-up RV spaces are now available. Nostalgia Fair- Aug- 5th- 7th
Held in conjunction with the Hot August Nights Swap Meet. Located on the mezzanine above the Cool Car Showroom where hundreds of cars are displayed for sale. The air conditioned building draws hundreds of spectators daily to visit the Nostalgia Fair while viewing classic cars for sale. Big Boy Toy Store- Aug 4th-7th
Hosted by the Silver Legacy and the El Dorado Casino, the Big Boy’s Toy Store is located in downtown Reno in the middle of the daily show and shine action. It features hundreds of your favorite classic, muscle, and street rod automobiles. We offer over 55,000 square feet and over 320 booths of the latest in parts, accessories and technology for your hot rod, street rod, and muscle car. Visit such vendors as hot rod builders, stereo equipment, tires and wheels, chassis, bodies, engines and engine builders, and anything else you can think of for your hot rod or classic vehicle. With free admission, you can talk to the manufacturers reps in air conditioned comfort. The Big Boy’s Toy Store has developed into a premier ‘MUST SEE’ venue during Hot August Nights. to 5:00 p.m. Wednesday through Saturday, the Big Boy’s Toy Store is located in the Reno Events Center at Center and 4th Streets in downtown Reno during Hot August Nights daily show ‘n shine. The Dazzling Diva- Aug, 4th-7th
Finally a venue for the ladies! The Dazzling Diva, a tantalizing and unique boutique, features more than 28,000 sq. ft. with 200 booths of ladies clothing, accessories, purses and handbags, silver, gold and turquoise jewelry, costume jewelry, cosmetics, household items, gadgets and knick-knacks, specialty items, food samples and, of course, tons of those handmade arts 'n crafts. Over 100,000 tourists and participants visit this area daily for all the Hot August Nights activities. With a daily show 'n shine, the $100,000 Hot August Nights Cup Competition, the Big Boy's Toy Store and over 6,600 quality hotel rooms, downtown Reno is the place to be during Hot August Nights. The Dazzling Diva Boutique is the 'must see' venue for the ladies as is the Big Boy's Toy Store for the men! In this prime location there will be plenty of participant and tourist traffic.
