Full Job Description
Front Office Staff for luxury long term RV and self storage park in Bakersfield, California.
People skills dealing with tenants and prospective tenants and have a working knowledge of computers.
Duties will include rent collection, tenant relations, rule enforcement, lease signing and intake, meter reading, advertising of openings and driving occupancy. You will assist the Office Manager with running the day to day office duties. Must be able to work independently and have high computer skills. Showing prospects lots and storage facilities is a huge part of the position and the ideal person must be able to have friendly interactions with potential tenants.
What We're Looking For:
• Excellent communications skills
• Detail oriented
• Meet deadlines
• Someone who will take charge and isn't afraid to work with different personalities
• Experience with sales, especially filling vacant units
• Ability to follow directions
• Computer savvy
• Must be able to interact and use email on a daily basis
What We Offer:
• $15 per hour
• Great opportunity to work with an established team
• Room for advancement
Job Type: Full-time 30 hours a week
Schedule: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday (flexible for the right fit)
