The Colonial District is holding a Major Project Fundraising Event selling Smith's pies. Each lodge in our district will collect its own orders and money. Each lodge will receive a $5.00 donation for each pie it sells. Please see the flyer and order form. Orders can be left at the lodge for Vicki Brown to pick up. She will turn in all orders on October 1, 2026.
PLEASE NOTE THE PICK UP DATE FOR PIES OUR LODGE SELLS WILL BE SUNDAY, OCTOBER 25, 2026, 2:00 - 4:00 pm AT 10 HAMILTON STREET, BALLSTON SPA.

The Ballston Spa Elks Lodge 2619 held its annual Soccer Shoot on Sunday, August 16, 2026 at the Saratoga County Fairgrounds in conjunction with the Village of Ballston Spa's Family Fun Day. We wish to thank our 26 participants, along with the Village of Ballston Spa. We are still in the process of notifying our first and second place winners. We wish to invite our first and second place winners to our lodge on Thursday, September 3rd at 6:00 pm for a brief award ceremony and photos with our officers. All winners will receive an email invite. All photos will be posted on our page after the award ceremony on September 3rd, so everyone is included. Again, thank you for your participation!

In case you missed it: The application for the Most Valuable Student scholarship is now open!

We will award 500 scholarships ranging from $4,000 to $30,000 over four years. No relation to the Elks is necessary to apply.
With this scholarship, students gain more than just financial aid—they gain an appreciation of service, a network of like-minded peers, and an for life.
