I am thrilled to share my client's special first time homebuyer story. Zach and Jacqueline, had just signed signed a new lease for another year on their rental when they contacted me. Their plans took a turn when they decided to get serious about buying a home. They reached out to me to inquire about getting qualified, discuss options, and understand what they could afford, all because they found a house online that they absolutely LOVED.

Although that particular house went under contract, fate had other plans. Just a few weeks later, the buyer's financing fell through on my client's dream property, and the house came back on the market! Zach and Jacqueline seized the opportunity, got accepted, and are now the ecstatic owners of their dream home. Like they say, when life give you lemons... MAKE LEMONADE! Dreams become achievements when action and determination are implemented.
