All of you who have previously sent your documents objecting to the Howard- Solstice Power Line Project that threatens to irreparably damage many parts of the Texas Hill Country, PLEASE RE-POST YOUR DOCUMENTS UNDER THE NEW DOCKET NUMBER, 59336 NO LATER THAN THIS COMING WEDNESDAY, APRIL 1! New submissions may also be filed by April 1!
You may do so via the following link: https://interchange.puc.texas.gov/filer

If you do not submit your comments under the new docket number, 59336, they will not be included in the administrative record for the Commission’s consideration. This is especially important for those wanting to be approved for intervenor status in the public hearings and other parts of the legal process.

Only a few days remain before the April 1 deadline to act on the proposed high-voltage transmission line. Landowners must request Intervenor status to participate in the legal process, and all concerned citizens are encouraged to submit public comments to support affected neighbors. After April 1, t...

Everyone, please share this post! (Also contact info for all entities is in lower part of this text.) Anyone who has ever visited the Hill Country of Texas, or who cares about it for any reason SHOULD SUBMIT A COMMENT OPPOSING THE PROJECT TO THE PUCT, recommending that they, AT LEAST approve only the PATHWAY OF LEAST HARM that has been submitted to CPS Energy by members of the Hill Country Preservation Coalition. Also, you can still contact CPS Energy and AEP and urge them to recommend the Pathway of Lease Harm to the PUCT in their Applications to PUCT.
