⚠️Starting Wednesday, March 4, 2026, the City of Bandera will begin testing its Emergency Flood Warning Siren at noon. Following this initial test, the sirens will sound on the first Wednesday of every month at the same time.

While these monthly tests require no response, residents are encouraged to stay prepared for actual flood events.

For further questions regarding the siren system or emergency protocols, you may contact Bandera City Hall at 830-796-3765.

🔥Burn Ban Notice – Bandera County

Bandera County is currently under a Burn Ban until further notice again.

At this time, NO OPEN BURNING is permitted. This restriction is in place to help prevent wildfires and protect the safety of our residents, property, and first responders.

Barrel burns are permitted only if equipped with a proper mesh screen cover. Approved contents include household trash.

We understand this may be inconvenient and appreciate your cooperation and understanding as we work to keep our county safe. Updates will be provided as conditions change.
