The fully-equipped kitchen allows you to prepare family-style meals, while the inviting living spaces ensure you’ll feel right at home.

The Cottage comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests with a queen bed in the private bedroom, a twin futon in the living room, and an additional queen bed in the back room (note: the back room has no door for privacy). It’s perfect for a small group or family getaway.

Step outside onto your private deck, where you can relax and soak in the serenity of the Hill Country. Your own hot tub awaits, perfect for unwinding under the stars. Enjoy a meal cooked on the steel Pig barbecue pit, and take your time to relax, enjoy the views, and let the world slow down.

Additional amenities include WiFi, Roku for streaming, and a window AC/heat unit for comfort throughout the seasons. The shared pool behind the owner’s home is also available for guest use.

• Biker-friendly and just 3 miles from Downtown Bandera
• 1 mile from Mansfield Park and the Medina River
• Minutes to the scenic 470 and the famous Twisted Sisters
• On the way to Lost Maples, Enchanted Rock, and Garner State Park

Important Notes:
• This property is for guests only—no visitors or additional guests allowed.
• The hot tub is private and located on your own deck, which faces the owner’s laundry room and is equipped with curtains for privacy.
• A city park pass is provided in the welcome binder. Failure to return the pass will incur a $50 fee.
• The owners live next door and are available for assistance if needed.

• Pet allowed for a fee.

Our clean and affordable PRIVATE queen bedroom with a cozy sitting area and TV is just a short walk from the Cowboy Capital of the World! This budget-friendly, sociable accommodation offers a PRIVATE room with a queen bed, while sharing a spacious living room, full kitchen, and 2 bathrooms with showers. Guests also enjoy a private entrance to their room. After exploring all the activities in this charming town, relax comfortably in your well-equipped space—priced right and complete with the amenities of home.

The Space
This PRIVATE bedroom features a queen-size bed, sink, dresser, and Smart TV. Please note: this room is designed for 1 or 2 guests and is not suitable for children or pets.

Guests will share 2 private bathrooms, conveniently located down the hall, ensuring a comfortable stay for all.
