The large backyard is fenced, shaded and mostly dog proof. The house backs up to Skyliners Rd which is a semi-main thoroughfare and does get some traffic and thus traffic noise but in the evenings is usually pretty quiet. Guest Access

We try to make ourselves available for questions about the area to make your stay more interesting. We are flexible and are always open to interaction with guests. We're always interested to meet new people and here about your travel adventures. We are happy to set up activities for a small fee or just point you in the right direction. We mountain bike, road bike, hike, ski, flyfish and like good food, wine and beer so if you need some company let us know! The Neighborhood
This is a quiet neighborhood with lots of open space and hiking and walking trails just out the front door. There is a great dog park just around the corner. Walk or ride to town or nearby pubs and restaurants. Getting around
The best way to get around Bend is by bike or car but there are also taxis available. You can also walk to the nearest restaurants, breweries and pubs in about 5-10 minutes and downtown in about 20 minutes. Other Things to Note
Perfectly located for your mountain biking or road cycling vacation. 2.5 miles from the famous Phil's Trail Head. You can ride to the trailhead on paved and dirt bike path. Phil's offer miles of trails for every ability level! There's also several great road riding loops just out the front door.
