Swipe through a year of change: freshly renovated rooms, thoughtful updates, and a whole lot of long days. But here’s the part we’re proudest of- the team that welcomes you at the door is the same team that’s always been here. New rooms, same heart.

Meet our amazing general manager, Shannon! 👋 A Banner Elk local, Shannon has been with the Lodge since 2011 and knows all the best spots around town. We’re incredibly lucky to have her on our team, her warmth and local know-how make every stay better. Not sure what to do with your afternoon?
