What if your RV could make you money instead of sitting unused?
We're looking for a limited number of campers to add to our Campground Rental Program at Cozy Hills Campground & Skyridge Trails.
If you own a camper that isn't getting the use it once did, this could be a way to put that camper to work while generating income from an asset you already own.
WHAT KIND OF CAMPER ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We're particularly interested in:
✔️ Camper Model years between 2018 and 2026 – although certain vintage campers could also be considered such as a classic airstream
✔️ Bunkhouse floor plans with bunk beds, these are especially desirable for family rentals
✔️ Campers in very good working condition
✔️ Clean, well-maintained units that are ready to welcome guests
We may consider other campers depending on the unit, condition and layout, but we're primarily looking for campers that will provide a great rental experience for families.

WHO IS A GOOD CANDIDATE?
✔️ You're upside down on your camper. Selling it would mean taking a loss, but you're not using it enough to justify keeping it.
✔️ You're just not camping as much anymore. Maybe life changed, the kids grew up, or you simply don't have the time or desire to camp like you used to.
✔️ You'd like to generate some income from your camper. Instead of making payments on a camper that sits unused, you'd like it to generate some revenue.
✔️ You're realistic about rental use. Campers rented to guests will experience normal renter wear and tear. This program is best suited for owners who understand and are comfortable with that.
✔️ You're comfortable letting us handle the bookings. Cozy Hills or Skyridge Trails will have control over reservations, pricing, guest communication and the rental process.
✔️ You want a hands-off arrangement. We're looking for owners who want their camper working for them without having to manage renters, advertising and reservations themselves.

WHAT DO YOU GET?
• A share of the rental revenue
• Professional campground management
• The ability to use your camper for personal camping, subject to the program terms
• A team managing the day-to-day rental process
