Happy 7 year Anniversary of owning Eden Village to - Dana & Lena Hatch!
We think of this day 3718 when Michael and Lisa Preble joined us in partnership for a ride we never imagined. Thank you Wyman and Robyn Sue for passing your baton!
Today we get to pass that to new owners Liz and Erin Orozco.
Thank you to everyone for your parts in this beautiful life.
Dana and I will be 1 mile down the road with his 95 year old mother in his childhood home, savoring every last bit, as we get to help a beautiful life that has helped so many for so many years. Great timing for Ada and us.
Today is the beginning of a new phase for Eden Village (which has blessed this community for about 88 years as a lodging establishment in “The Cove”)
For its new owners, and for its old ones - cheers to all of us here in Salsbury Cove, Maine and to all our wonderful guests! It’s a beautiful day.

The first eclipse of the year will be a total lunar eclipse on March 14, the pi-day!

Blood Moon Eclipse is one of the most captivating celestial events. This phenomenon occurs during a total lunar eclipse, when the Earth aligns perfectly between the Sun and the Moon, casting its shadow over the lunar surface.

This total lunar eclipse will last 3 hours and 38 minutes, starting at 1:09 AM EDT, with the Blood Moon phase lasting for 1 hour and 5 minutes, beginning at 2:36 AM EDT. It will be visible from the Americas, Antarctica, Alaska, northeastern Russia, and parts of Africa.
