"The Highlander Motel of Baraboo is Accepting Applications for Weekly Stay, Non-Smoking Motel Rooms with great low rates." (Rentals are Week-to-Week, NO Daily's.) We invite you to Stay in a place with a Country setting, that feels like home. Perfect for extended stays for those working or interning in the area or persons recently moved to the area looking for transitional Housing. "Approved applications will be put on a waiting list for "FUTURE room openings."
* Availability date is Approximate and will be updated when rooms become available.
* Our Weekly Room Rates start at $130.00 (One Person) - $145.00 (Two People) per week *
* A Deposit of ($200.00) is Required after Application Approval, before move in.
* Payments accepted: CASH or approved Organization vouchers ONLY!! (NO Checks or Credit Cards).
* Maximum Occupancy per room is TWO (Examples: 2 adults or 1 Adult and 1 Child, as rooms are small).
* Applications and Background checks are REQUIRED.
* We have a Common/Shared Area with coin-operated Laundry and Cooking area with small appliances,
within the Office (during specified posted hours).
* There will be NO exceptions on our motel rules.
Our Weekly, Motel Rooms are NON-SMOKING and NO PETS! (NO Exceptions!)
* off-street parking (1 parking spot per room). Visitors park in front of the Office.
* private room and private bath.
* Basic Cable (sorry, No Internet at this time).
* Basic furnishings (Bed, Refrigerator, Microwave, Stand with TV
and Floor Lamp). ~ Some rooms may have other furniture.
* Air Conditioning (from mid May through mid October).
* Occupants supply their own bed linen, bedspreads, pillows, towels, blankets, and personal items.
* In the Front yard there is a picnic table, glider and a charcoal charcoal grill.
* In the Backyard there is a fire pit and two clotheslines.
* We are still a Motel, Not an apartment.
* We are a Weekly, Extended Stay (NO Daily's) and Applications are Required.
* On-site Management welcomes all questions, during Business Hours: (Monday thru Friday 10:00 am - 7:00 pm)
