🎣 Fishing - Dunbar Park and Conely Point boat launches within 4 miles of your unit!

🛶 Kayaking - rentals available at Island View Resort & Supply 3 miles away!

🚤 Boating - "beaching" your boat on one of the many beaches along the shore of Neebish Island...or take a chill ride along the St. Mary's River or even around Neebish and take in allll the scenery! 😍

⚓️ Freighter watching - whether from your balcony, the patio at The Cozy Corners while enjoying a meal and cocktails, or from your boat...just ask the locals...it NEVER gets old!

🛺 ORV-ing - we call it "buggy-ing"! The signed ORV Route will take you along all the side roads and connect you to some trails!

It's time! 🧊🎣❄️ Get your crew together for a long weekend on the hardwater! Conely Point is just a couple miles up the road with a DNR access trail to Fowler's Bay! Fishing licenses, bait, beer...anything you need is right next door to your condo at the MMC Store, Inc! Remember...no ice is safe ice so use your normal safety precautions!

What’s bringing you to the Yoop (Yooper word for U.P. 😊)? The upcoming shipping season opener on March 22nd to watch the freighters? A summer vacay full of boating, kayaking, or fishing? A spring side-by-side ride? We’re located 20 miles south of Sault Ste. Marie, have 2 units - 1 sleeps up to 6, the other up to 10 - with availability for all the above! Sunrises over Neebish Island are stunning to watch right from your deck or balcony 🤩 We also own The Cozy Corners Barbeau MI located right next door! An award winning restaurant with lots of fun events all year long!
