Something BIG is happening opening weekend at White Pines.

We're hosting our very first Fishing Derby, and we're pairing it with a Welcome Back Fisherman's Breakfast Buffet that's going to set the tone for the entire season.

Here's the deal:
• April 18-19, 2026
• $15 to enter the derby (includes breakfast!)
• $16 for breakfast only: all-you-can-eat pancakes, eggs, sausage, home fries, and more
• Prizes: $100 store credit, $50 store credit, and a breakfast voucher for top 3 finishers

This is a ticketed event, spots are limited. Pre-registration is required.

Whether you're coming to compete or just to eat, we can't wait to see you back at camp.

Brass Horse Cafe and the Log House Restaurant are close by, and Barkhamsted Reservoir makes a great day plan when you want water and fresh air. The Farmington River is also nearby for a classic New England outdoor afternoon.
