Barnes Trading Post- Wilderness Inn

10/20/2026

It looks like another weekend of great weather is on deck! ☀️

For the first weekend in what seems like a while, we have availability at the Inn if you are up for some great riding conditions. Give us a call at 715-795-2320 to reserve a room and hit the trails!

Spend the day riding and come back and enjoy the evening cheering on the Brewers!

While it isn’t over, we want to thank all our customers, staff, and motel guest for an unforgettable Fall. It was truly one to remember! 🍂 🌳

Hello friends! FYI:

TONIGHT at The Trading Post we will be serving pizzas & apps ONLY from 4–9 PM! 🍕🍻

I know, ugh, this isn’t what you want to hear. Trust us, we feel the same way! But sometimes life happens, and the bosses can’t be there to help. So our fabulous staff is holding down the fort on this very, VERY busy weekend! They are just the best ever!! 🥹

Tomorrow we will have a more extended menu for lunch & dinner, but still not our full menu.

Breakfast will remain the same! 🍳🥞

And please, no need to complain about it to our wonderful staff! We are doing our best to make things work this weekend, and they’re doing an amazing job keeping everything running!

ATV RUN = LET’S DO IT! 🏁 Our bartenders can’t wait to see all of your faces!

We’re ready for you and hope everyone has a safe & FUN weekend!

Pictures of pizza below to remind you it could be worse! 😉

WHEW. What a holiday weekend. 😅

A HUGE thank you to everyone who stopped in, waited patiently and supported us here at The Trading Post!

And an even bigger shoutout to our staff for surviving one last summer holiday weekend with us!! We couldn’t do it without you!!

Summer might be “over,” but September does not slow down. We’re working with a smaller fall crew, so keep bringing that patience and grace with you. We promise we’re moving as fast as we can!

With that, our Fall/Winter Kitchen Hours are here:
